3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

While Wingbot AI does not require traditional account registration, your usage may be tracked for subscription management and service provision. You are responsible for:

5. Subscription and Payments

5.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
Price changes will be communicated in advance
No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your wingman subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings or the app's settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Wingbot AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the wingman app for any illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes
Upload content that violates others' privacy or rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
Use the app to harass, stalk, or harm others
Share inappropriate, explicit, or offensive content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Content and Privacy

7.1 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Wingbot AI. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it for wingman service provision.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated wingman suggestions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee the effectiveness or appropriateness of AI suggestions for your specific dating situation.

7.3 Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Uploaded images and conversations are processed temporarily by your AI wingman and not stored permanently.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Wingbot AI and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our wingman app or its content
Use our trademarks or branding without permission
Create derivative works based on our AI wingman technology

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.3 Dating Outcomes

We make no guarantees about the success of your relationships or dating outcomes when using our wingman app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or use
Business interruption
Personal injury or property damage
Dating or relationship outcomes

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the wingman app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the wingman app, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another person.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Wingbot AI at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the wingman app ceases immediately
We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the wingman app shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Japan.
